Returns/Exchanges/Defected items

• You have up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order to return/exchange goods you have ordered.

• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and they must be returned within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your return/exchange. 

• Items must be in original condition which means unworn, unwashed with original tags & packaging. Swimwear/bodysuits must have original lining intact.

• There may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any ‘diminished value’ of goods e.g. worn clothing.

• If you think you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the defect so we can initiate the exchange process. 

• You will be reimbursed the total item(s) amount in the form of store credit.  

• Clearance, Discount, or Promotional items are not eligible for return. All accessories are final sale.

 

After an Exchange/Return has been submitted

• As soon as we receive your return we'll send you a confirmation email with your store credit info. Processing returns can take up to 7 days so please be patient.

 

• Store credit will be added to your account automatically for qualifying returns. You’ll receive an email that your return has been processed. Log into your account to verify your store credit.
